ABOUT KENDRA

Hi! I’m Kendra. I’m a lifelong Nova Scotia resident with a passion for helping others. The COVID-19 pandemic and massive uptake of virtual meetings sparked my interest in providing therapy online or via telephone. After some consideration- and brushing up on my tech skills- I decided to offer this service. My hope is that virtual or telephone appointments will meet the needs of clients with tight schedules, who are hesitant to attend in person appointments or who prefer online meetings for any other reason! Research has shown that virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy and many agencies are switching to a blended environment. I look forward to developing positive and effective relationships to help clients move toward a more peaceful place in their lives.
